About the Journal

It is with great satisfaction that I present RECINTER21 – a scientific journal dedicated to the dissemination of information, the promotion of knowledge, and the encouragement of sharing among those who believe in the transformative power of education for society and individuals. As a scientific publication, RECINTER21 aims to be a safe haven for researchers and specialists to present their work, democratizing access to knowledge. Sharing information is contributing to a world with a broader understanding of the many variables that shape our reality, recognizing that we live in a fluid society and that empathy makes us more human.

The journal was born from the vision of university professors who sought to create a platform that would reflect the excellence of scientific work and have an editorial board capable of matching the contributions received. It is an independent initiative, managed by its chief editors and supported by an editorial board, all aligned with the mission of RECINTER21, which aims to become a reference in electronic scientific publications.

With an interdisciplinary focus, RECINTER21 adopts a monthly continuous publication model, promoting social, political, and economic development through the dissemination of scientific and technological knowledge in various fields. Furthermore, the journal complies with privacy and data protection requirements, having a Data Protection Officer (D.P.O) registered in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).

RECINTER21 publishes scientific articles, reviews, theses, book chapters, interviews, and scientific reports across various fields, such as Educational Sciences, Agricultural, Biological, Health, Exact, Earth, Human, Social Sciences, and Engineering, among others. As an interdisciplinary journal, it accepts submissions from diverse areas of knowledge, such as Administration, Engineering, Social Sciences, Health, Technology, and many more.

Submitted articles undergo evaluation using the Double Blind Review method, in which they are reviewed by two external ad hoc reviewers, ensuring impartiality and confidentiality throughout the evaluation process. Acceptance decisions are always based on the reviewers' assessments and the editor's final analysis, ensuring rigorous quality control and continuous improvement of the work.

RECINTER21 offers free and immediate access to its content, aligning with the principle that the democratization of scientific knowledge provides greater inclusion and development. The journal also adopts good publishing practices, following the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to ensure ethical standards of conduct from all those involved in the editorial process: editors, reviewers, and authors.

Our mission is clear: to promote social, scientific, and technological development through the publication of discoveries in different areas of knowledge. By publishing articles in a monthly continuous flow, RECINTER21 meets the demands of both the editorial market and the academy, providing an accessible and ethical space for the dissemination of high-quality scientific knowledge.

RECINTER21 was born out of a desire to be a reference in electronic journals and remains committed to excellence and ethics in its publications, thereby contributing to the advancement and dissemination of knowledge for the benefit of society.
