Editor-in-Chief
Responsible for the management of receiving, organizing, and systematizing the processes of selection and arbitration of submitted texts. Acts as a mediator between the activities of the political-institutional management spheres and the evaluation of scientific production, based on the decisions of the editorial committee and the editor-in-chief, who are directly responsible for the quality of the content to be published. Directly answers for the political and institutional direction of the publication, as a means of disseminating knowledge in the field in which it is inserted, and coordinates its editorial activities. Manages the economic sustainability as well as the dissemination of the journal.
Editorial Board
Composed of professionals of notable capacity and national and international recognition in the areas of the journal's editorial line. They have an advisory role and may be called upon to give opinions on material submitted for publication, provide suggestions for the journal's editorial line, and suggest thematic issues.
Scientific Board and Reviewers
Recognized for their ability to evaluate a thematic area of the journal, they are responsible for analyzing all texts submitted for publication. The material submitted for publication will be sent to two reviewers in an area related to the material under analysis and with recognized evaluation capacity. Minimum criteria for a positive review include: a) originality of the contribution and alignment with the journal's scope; b) appropriate and valid methodology; c) rigorous analysis of results and conclusions supported by the data presented; d) correct use of the Portuguese language; e) compliance with ethical criteria for experimentation and research integrity. Anonymity is guaranteed for the reviewer.
