Abstract

The choice of pronouns in corporate communication and strategy is not trivial: it reflects identity, hierarchies, and alignment of objectives. Authors such as Fairclough (1992) and Van Dijk (1997) emphasize that language constructs organizational realities. This article argues that, before designing any strategy, it is imperative to conduct a situational assessment (SWOT analysis) and then select pronouns that reinforce collective action ("we"), responsibility ("I"), or inclusion ("all").
